FLORA & FAUNA

When I first dived many years ago in Norway, I didn't expect life to be so diverse.
Of course a lot depends on the places. In my opinion further of north is a better chance of meeting interesting fish and other under the water. However, also in the south, in the area of Kristiansand, we can find many amazing places as small reefs. The south coast has many places with underwater walls, falling 30-40 meters deep. Along them underwater life goes on. Especially many crevices and small depressions are inhabited by fish and crabs.
Many species of crabs, lobsters, anemones, starfish and of course fish live here. You can also meet octopuses, rays, seahorses and even small sharks.
There are also places where we can collect ourselves and then prepare scallop dishes.
